It was interesting to read mayor-elect Carol Hamilton’s comment: “I think Colwood voted for consistency. They want somebody who’s going to be their mayor long term.”
She’s only been elected for a three year term.
It would be wise for the new mayor to remember, that while she received 1,412 votes, 10,174 of eligible voters did not vote for her.
