Dust bad for Spencer school students

I wonder if the SD 62 school board has been militant enough in the protection of Spencer  middle school students who have to breath the Tower concrete dust.

Some of the many chemicals in cement dust cause cancer. I never drive past the dust operation, but walking students have no choice.
