Conservative offers solution to traffic

I would like to offer Troy DeSouza (Conservative candidate, Esquimalt-Juan de Fuca) my utmost thanks for getting something done that the other parties have not offered: a way out of this traffic situation that is up on us now.

The other parities have had their chance to do this but have ignored our requests.

We have only got through this financial mess because our prime minister is not God but he is someone that is as good as is it gets.
