Update Feb. 1:

VicPD officers located and arrested Wanted Person Andre Brunet in Victoria on Jan. 31.

Brunet is on day parole related to a break and enter with intent conviction and was the subject of a Canada-wide warrant after failing to return to his Community Residential Facility.

Victoria police are asking for help from the public to find a 37-year-old man who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

Andre Brunet is currently wanted for the suspension of his day parole after failing to return to his community residential facility. He is on day parole related to a break and enter with intent conviction.

Brunet was last seen Tuesday (Dec. 19) afternoon in downtown Victoria.

He is described as 5’7” tall, with a large build, face tattoos and short black hair.

Brunet was last seen wearing black sweatpants and a black puffy jacket with fur around the collar.

Police believe he may be travelling with a large electric scooter.

Anyone with information about Brunet’s whereabouts is asked to call Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
