The owner of a waterfront home at 55 Tovey Rd. wants to add a second storey onto the building.
View Royal council will consider the homeowner’s application for a development permit with a zoning variance at its meeting next Tuesday night (Jan. 19) at 7 p.m.
Council’s options include approving the application as is, or with amendments, defer the decision until later, or reject the application.
The public is invited to make presentations on the proposal. If unable to attend, residents can put their comments in writing and drop them off at the town hall, or email them to info@viewroyal.ca no later than 3 p.m. on Jan. 19.
