Juan de Fuca library getting a makeover

This Saturday starts 10 days of limited service at Colwood-based branch

Colwood library users will soon be enjoying a newly updated space to access services.

The Greater Victoria Public Library's Juan de Fuca branch will be undergoing improvements from May 14 to 24. During that time the branch will offer “pop-up” library services in its meeting room. Patrons will be able to pick up holds, browse a small collection of materials, use Internet stations and have access to a service desk.

Regular service is expected to resume on May 24. The West Shore's other two branches, Goudy on Goldstream Avenue and the new Langford Heritage in the Westhills YM-YWCA building, will be operating as normal. If you have any questions about the improvements, call 250-940-4875.
