Music lovers will have the chance to hear tunes from some of the greatest artists of all time in Metchosin next week.
Hitting the stage at the Metchosin Golf and Country Club, the Larry McQuarrie Trio will be performing an eclectic mix of songs by the Beatles, Elvis, Stevie Wonder, Dionne Warwick, Gordon Lightfoot, Ray Charles, Nat King Cole, Joni Mitchell and more.
The band includes Larry McQuarrie on vocals, guitar, piano, banjo, mandolin, harp and flute, Mike O’Leary on drums and percussion, and Don Cox on double bass and electric bass.
The concert takes place at the golf club (4100 Metchosin Rd.) on Friday, Aug. 17 with food available from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
The band will be performing from 7 to 9 p.m.
A $5 donation is recommended at the door.
