Celebrate Culture Days and see talented local musicians

Drop in to the Juan de Fuca library branch tomorrow (Sept. 27) to celebrate Culture Days and see some of Victoria’s local musicians. This session features Brodie Dawson, winner of “Best Vocalist of the Year” at the 2014 Vancouver Island Music Awards.
