The View Royal Garden Club holds its general meeting on Thursday, June 28, at 7:30 p.m. in Shoreline community school, 2750 Shoreline Dr. The speaker for the meeting is landscape architect Paul de Greef, who will present a slideshow and talk on rain gardens.

As well, a judged mini-show will feature exhibits from members’ gardens. There will be a sales table with plants and garden items. Visitors and new members are welcome. For further information, call 250-220-5212.
