If you’ve never saddled up on a motorcycle head to Steve Drane Harley Davidson shop.
The Langford business is hosting its third annual Motorcycle Bootcamp, Feb. 26 from 6 to 9 p.m.
“It’s targeted to non-riders,” said Gwyneth Anderson, general merchandise manager. “The idea is to share our passion and to get others involved.”
The free event begins with a barbecue and then the motorcycle newbies will be divided into small groups and go through five stations.
The stations include learning to jump start and change gears on a Harley mounted to a platform, learning about safety clothes and equipment, and a tour of the mechanic shop.
Find the Steve Drane Harley Davidson Motorcycle Bootcamp at the shop, 2940 Ed Nixon Terrace.
