Early birds can now stop by Colwood City Hall a little earlier. The doors are open at 8 a.m. every weekday, accommodating those needing an early start before heading to work or otherwise getting on with their day.
The earlier opening hours extend the service time by 30 minutes every weekday. However, no additional labour costs will be incurred because some staff already start at 8 a.m., while others begin their day at 8:30.
