This is to respond to the thoughtful letter (March 28) from S. Colasanto regarding legal action to prevent the increasing carbon pollution from fossil fuels.
The heat waves, droughts, and wildfires that result are destructive to humans and countless bird, marine, and animal species.
The writer suggests that municipalities launch a class-action lawsuit against fossil fuel companies that are putting us and our fellow creatures at such high risk.
Sounds like a very worthy endeavour towards a more livable environment.
