Wolves host Braves Wednesday in Colwood

Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League play Wednesday at The Q Centre

The Westshore Wolves look to put some distance between themselves and Saanich when they host the Braves in Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League play Wednesday at The Q Centre.

The Wolves beat the Braves 5-4 in Colwood last Thursday led with two goals from Nathan Gelsinger.

Westshore (12-8-0) lost 4-3 in overtime to the Peninsula Panthers on Friday in North Saanich. Jesse Nixon, Brandon Tutte and Matteo Giomo scored in the loss.

The Wolves play Kerry Park in Mill Bay this Saturday.
