The Warriors Basketball Club is opening its doors to girls aged 11 to 14 who might be looking for some extra practice time this summer.
The workouts happen Monday through Thursday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Colwood Pentecostal Church and players must be registered to participate. To sign up or receive more information, call David Wighton at 25-642-0583.
A nominal charge will be applied for gym time.
The Warriors club, which plays in the Greater Victoria Night League in winter, has enjoyed success in recent years, placing players on provincial teams and finishing well at B.C. club tournaments.
