Elk Lake hosts B.C. rowing championships

The B.C. Championships and Challenge West Rowing Regatta is at Elk Lake this weekend, July 6 to 8

The B.C. Championships and Challenge West Rowing Regatta is at Elk Lake this weekend, July 6 to 8.

The Victoria City Rowing Club is organizaing the event with more than 600 athletes from Canada and the U.S.A. competing in 75 different rowing events.

Racing starts at 2 p.m. today (July 6), and at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. There will also be info for VCRC’s learn-to-row programs.
