The homeless are everywhere in Victoria. People have to take care of their own. A happy child or teen turns into a happy adult.
Substance abuse happens when someone wants to fill the void in their life. When you mix substances with mental illness, you’re asking for big trouble.
Victoria is a great place. Hopefully, we can find answers to this ongoing issue.
