Retooling society’s spending priorities

Is there something wrong with the people that are managing our money?

I see that there are people washing cars, collecting empties, doing whatever they can to gather a few extra dollars to help families with sick children, so they can be together through tough times.

However, the people managing our money are spending millions of dollars on criminal legal assistance. I don’t get it.

What’s the priority: investments in family, or in criminals?

We need to remember that our children are the future. Let’s get the priorities straightened out.

Most criminals we are surrounded with can afford to pay for their defense. After all, “you do the crime, you pay the fine/time.”

Seems as though none of these rich criminals can step up and accept the fact they are law breakers.
