Regarding Troy DeSouza’s campaign sign (vote for a McKenzie overpass, vote for me — or words to that effect), his message appears to be that the federal Conservatives would not fund a needed piece of infrastructure if they do not secure their elusive victory in this riding.
Memo to DeSouza — the government of Canada is supposed to govern on behalf of all citizens, not just those areas that elect a Conservative MP.
It appears DeSouza is aptly reflecting his political master Stephen Harper’s divisive approach to politics and leadership.
