Great plan. When recently looking to purchase a new home and looking around West Shore possible neighbourhoods for location, there’s nothing that turns an investor of property off more than sprayed walls of graffiti. It gives off a feeling of an unsafe unpoliced neighbourhood. Good luck with this smart plan.
