Re: Colwood addresses concerns on Ocean Grove (Gazette, April 17)
The mayor says the development next to Esquimalt Lagoon will be “pretty special over time.”
On that note, I hope that the mayor might comment at some point on what will “blossom” from land under development at the lower end of Wishart Road.
