Deterioration of Colwood neighborhoods frustrating

Resident doesn't like what they're seeing on nearby streets

Recently we noticed numerous unkempt properties on lower Pickford, Charlotte and adjoining streets.

Untidy ditches, obvious garbage and several unlicensed vehicles (the Colwood bylaw states one unlicensed vehicle per property). Come on neighbors, show a little pride of ownership. Let’s return our community to where it was in the 1980’s.
