Highlands fire crews were busy Friday morning with two weather-related motor vehicle incidents on Munn Road. The first was a head on collision in the 5700-block of Munn Rd. involving a car and a small pickup truck that resulted in minor injuries.
The second incident saw a semi truck jack knife in the 2400-block of Munn Rd., causing some traffic delays.
Highlands Fire Chief Dean Ford noted weather conditions and slippery roads were contributing factors in both crashes.
