A whopping 85-pounds of smoked salmon was donated to the West Shore Christmas Hamper Fund.
The top three fish from the Metchosin Volunteer Fire Department Bite Me! Fishing Derby were donated and smoked for the hamper fund. The smoking was donated by E-Fish-Ent Fish Company Ltd. in Sooke.
