View Royal all candidates forum set for Monday

Candidates will answer questions, share their platforms

The race for the vacant View Royal council seat is gearing up with the Nov. 18 election date looming.

Six residents have thrown their names in and will be vying for your vote. Those candidates include Damian Kowalewich, Nathan Daisley, Adam Flint, Jodi Zwicker, Mark Brennan and Angela Hanes.

They’ll be answering questions at an all candidates forum on Monday, Nov. 6 at the Strawberry Vale Community Hall (11 High St.) from 6 to 8 p.m.

While this event is primarily for View Royal residents and business owners, all are welcome to attend.

The byelection is being held to replace Coun. Heidi Rast, who resigned back in August to take on a new job in PEI.
