A full, multi-tiered metal toolbox was abandoned in the 900-block of Pandora Avenue on Wednesday, and the Victoria Police Department is looking for the rightful owner.
The red Edelbrock toolbox is covered in stickers and appears to have one damaged arm for the top lid.
