West Shore RCMP's street crime unit takes action in Langford

West Shore RCMP’s street crime unit has arrested a Victoria man wanted in Surrey for armed robbery involving a firearm and wearing a disguise after receiving information that the man may be in the West Shore area.

Sidney Lamont Goossens, 24, was arrested Wednesday (Nov. 25) without incident in the 2300-block of Bellamy Road in Langford.

Goossens is now facing additional charges including possession of heroin and methamphetamine, possession of stolen property and two counts of breach of probation.
