Royal Roads University’s Learning and Innovation Centre (LIC) secured top honours at the 20th annual Victoria Real Estate Board’s Building Awards.
The 5,781 square metre, 20-million four-storey building won in the institutional category based on criteria including environmental sensitivity, aesthetics, construction materials and exterior design.
