West Shore RCMP busted a 70-plant grow-op in Highlands Saturday afternoon.
Officers found the grow-op in a outbuilding on a property in the 1300 block of Millstream Road.
Police arrested a 55-year-old Langford man without incident. He faces charges of production of a controlled substance and will appear in court in April.
RCMP say the man is known to police, although for relatively minor offences.
