Police seek witnesses of suspicious dump truck fire

Blaze happened Nov. 1 on a construction site in Langford

West Shore RCMP are calling out to the public for information on a suspicious fire that occurred last month.

In the early morning of Saturday, Nov. 1, police and the Langford Fire Department responded to a call of a Kenworth dump truck on fire at a construction site on Walfred Road near Jacklin Road in Langford. The truck’s cab was destroyed.

Fire investigators determined the blaze was not a result of a mechanical condition.
