Langford council has given first reading to a rezoning application that would allow construction of an apartment building, townhouses and mini storage on former provincial Crown corporation property west of Selwyn Road and southeast of Redington Avenue.
The proponent has offered plans to construct a trail on the property as part of the proposed amenities package.
