Expect weeks of delays, closures on major Langford road due to project

Drivers in Langford can expect some slowdowns on one of the major roads in the area.

The City of Langford issued a statement saying that Langford Parkway between Langford Lake Road and Jacklin Road will be impacted as work begins on BC Hydro transmission pole relocation.

The work runs from now until Friday, March 31.

Traffic will be single lane alternating 24 hours a day with intermittent road closures.

“Businesses will remain open, follow cconstruction signage for access to businesses,” reads a Langford statement.
