A proposed bylaw amendment to see land use changes for portions of the Royal Bay Comprehensive Development area will go to a public hearing next Monday (Jan. 25).
This hearing will allow the public to voice or present written submissions before council and City staff on the proposed amendment that, if passed, would facilitate the development of those portions of the Royal Bay site.
The proceedings get underway at 5:30 p.m. at Colwood City Hall, 3300 Wishart Rd.
A copy of the proposed bylaw and other related materials may be viewed at City Hall between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
