Concerns over some wording within an amendment to Colwood’s noise control bylaw led council to refer the item back to staff for further review at this week's meeting.
Coun. Jason Nault raised an issue with the bylaw, which would have seen loud yard work and home maintenance prohibited on Sundays and statutory holidays.
“I would like to see the bylaw reviewed and put in for homeowners working on their own property,” he said.
