Fare fees for B.C. Ferries are going up again.
Passenger and vehicle fares will rise by 4.15 per cent on average on all routes across the fleet effective April 1.
That means travelling between Swartz Bay and Tsawwassen will cost $14.84 per passenger and $49.21 per vehicle, plus HST and fuel surcharge.
The ferry corporation says fare increases are required due to the rising cost of operating and capital expenditures coupled with lower than anticipated traffic levels.
