Your fitness starts here: Working out at home made easy

Langford home-gym experts match you with equipment to help achieve your fitness goals

Do you want to improve your fitness, flexibility and/or strength, but have difficulty finding the time or energy to commit to regular gym visits?

Maybe you’ve thought about working out at home, but aren’t sure how to choose the type of equipment that will get the results you want and keep you motivated.

Having a conversation with an expert about your personal fitness goals is a good place to start, says Garrett Belanger, general manager of Fitness Experience, which recently rebranded its Aloyd Fitness location on Attree Road in Langford.

“Taking on a home gym has become less daunting than it used to be,” he says. “But it’s important to choose the equipment that’s right for you.”

Whether you want the ability to walk or run, ride the bike or get that total body workout indoors, or build muscle and strength, there are many options to choose from out there.

Learn from experienced athletes

You may not be a budding triathlete or dream of playing elite sports. But why not draw on the experiences of people who have been engaged in high-level athletics to plot your fitness future?

All the staff at Fitness Experience are current or former elite athletes that have a passion for health and fitness. Many have personal training experience and they’re happy to share that knowledge to help you achieve your fitness objectives, Garrett says. “We want to hear what your goals are so that we can help you find the piece of equipment that helps make that happen.”

Helping you with after-sales service

  • They’ll do the heavy lifting You can have your new equipment delivered and properly installed and set up by an expert, ask at the store for details.
  • Service on your turf In the event of breakdowns, Fitness Experience’s in-house service team will do repairs in your home. To help your equipment continue operating smoothly, a preventative maintenance program is also available. “With delivery and service, the relationship we build with you carries on,” Garrett says.
  • Keep up to date If you find your equipment no longer serves your needs, a trade-in program offers you the options of upgrading to the latest model.

Your workplace or rehab workout starts here

With a full commercial department, the options are even broader to outfit your physiotherapy or rehabilitation clinic, office building workout room or local gym, with leasing and maintenance packages available. Call 250-478-0225 for more details.

You’re invited to drop by and check out the latest in home fitness equipment at 880 Attree Rd. You can also email them at or follow Fitness Experience on Facebook or Instagram.

No matter what your space restrictions or fitness goals are, you’ll find a range of equipment at Fitness Experience on Attree Road in Langford.
