From August 1 to 31, the Stillpoint Community Acupuncture clinic in Langford will host a food drive to help raise money and grub for the Goldstream Foodbank.

This initiative is part of the 13-year-old clinic's anniversary celebrations.

“From the day we opened, our mission has been to support our community in every way we can,” said owner Jean-Paul Thuot. “Since 2011, we have provided a space to heal that doesn’t break the bank to access, while also lifting up local charities.”

Patients and community members are invited to drop by the clinic at during open hours to donate food or cash.

The Goldstream Foodbank has been helping feed folks in View Royal, Langford, Colwood, Highlands, East Sooke and Metchosin since 1986.
