The Highlands District Community Association is looking for residents to perform at the annual Highlands Fling later this summer.
On Sept. 10 at the Caleb Pike Homestead, 1589 Millstream Rd., musicians of all genres will perform, open mic style. The event also includes various displays, presentations and family activities.
