Work parties are on the go to get the fairgrounds ready for the Luxton Fall Fair Sept. 14 to 16. The main work party days are Sept. 8 and 9. Workers should arrive by 10 a.m. each day to set up the Luxton Hall and Pioneer building, move picnic tables, mow lawns, trim edgings, set up displays and more.
Work on the A-frame building roof continues as well.
Those looking to work can just show up, with tools.
