Students from a variety of West Shore schools are putting the finishing touches on their “Frosty the Snowmans” and “Jingle Bells” as they get ready to serenade residents with some festive carolling.
Belmont secondary carollers will be performing for Millstream Village shoppers tomorrow (Nov. 26) from noon until 2 p.m.
