The Town of View Royal has commissioned a research group to survey residents to assess quality of services and communication delivered by the Town and to seek input on issues facing residents.

From Feb. 11 until the 24th, NRG Research Group will call between 400 to 500 households by random digital dialling, including cellphone-only households, according to a media release.

Residents can also take the survey online at viewroyal.nrgsurveys.ca.

“Participation in the telephone or online survey is voluntary and individual responses will be kept confidential,” according to the Town’s website.

The input will be presented to the Council at the March 12 Committee of the Whole meeting. The feedback will inform the Council’s Strategic Plan, the release states.

There will be a prize draw to encourage residents to take part in the telephone survey.
