Police seeks break and enter thieves

West Shore RCMP are looking for information in a break and enter crime which took place in Langford on Tuesday, Jan. 14.

West Shore RCMP are looking for information in a break and enter crime which took place in Langford on Tuesday, Jan. 14.

At about 7 p.m. police were called to a report of a break in on Aldwyn Road in Langford. The owner had arrived home to find her rear bedroom window pried open and the screen pushed in.

Items stolen included an iPad, Macbook Professional and some loose change. Nothing else seemed to have been disturbed. The break in likely occurred sometime between 12:30 p.m. and 6:50 p.m.

RCMP’s forensic section is assisting with the investigation and West Shore RCMP are asking anyone with any information to call the detachment at 250-474-2264 or, to remain anonymous, Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
