Organizers couldn't have asked for a better day weather-wise as the third annual Langford Beer Festival took place on Saturday, July 13.
Starlight Stadium was filled with 29 breweries and cideries vendors as more than 80 beers were on display to taste.
On top of the beer, there was many local food trucks as well as yawn games and live music from Super Sauce Band. As it was 28 C and felt warmer on the stadium's turf field, many umbrellas and shady areas were also provided as well as water at the free vendors.
This is the second straight year the event was held at Starlight Stadium, allowing more vendors and more people to attend.
The Langford Beer Festival is put on by the Victoria Beer Society, whose next event is the 30th anniversary of the Great Canadian Beer Festival. That takes place on Sept. 6 and 7 at Topaz Park.
