New sites for monthly recycle day in Langford

Two new mobile recycling drop-off sites in Langford, including new Belmont school

For those residents needing to recycle plastics, electronics and other items you wouldn’t otherwise put in your blue bin, PMD Recycling is hosting two new mobile drop-off sites in Langford on Nov. 14.

From 9 a.m. to noon, items will be accepted at Lakewood elementary at 2363 Setchfield Ave. off Treanor Avenue; and Belmont secondary, 3041 Langford Lake Rd.

There are fees for dropping off materials, a portion of which goes to the hosting site for fundraising purposes.

For a list of fees and items accepted, visit pmdrecycling.com.
