Residents of Langford are invited to help plan for the future at a city open house at Eagle Ridge Community Centre on Saturday (March 29).
At a similar event in 2008, residents voiced a desire for new sports facilities, parks, cycling lanes, an aquatic centre and other services, most of which have since been provided or are in the process of being developed.
This weekend's event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., also features a Kid's Corner with free hot dogs and juice, a bouncy castle, kinder gym and crafts table. Visit cityoflangford.ca for more information.
