A free weekly lecture series hosted by the Victoria Filipino Canadian Association explores the history of the archipelago nation.
The series, hosted by the Victoria Filipino Canadian Association, delves into Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan’s discovery of the Philippines and the subsequent Spanish conquest and evangelization of the country.
