A community brief on the View Royal Garden Club's annual fall show contained an incorrect date and information. The show happened on Saturday, Sept. 19.
This Wednesday (Sept. 23) the View Royal Garden Club hosts its monthly meeting, and welcomes David and Crenagh Elliott, whose presentation “Some Gardens in France & England with emphasis on Roses," will include their travels in Europe and attending a recent convention in Lyon, France.
The evening also includes a judged mini-show and will feature exhibits from members' gardens, plus a sales table with plants and garden items. Visitors and new members are welcome to join in. The meeting is at Shoreline Community School, 2750 Shoreline Dr. in View Royal. For more information call 250-220-5212.
