A diva will grace the Juan de Fuca library March 27. Laughter’s a promise when Kirsten van Ritzen author of The Comedy Diva Diaries visits the library in the West Shore recreation centre at 7 p.m. The Victoria actress and comedian will read from her book along with a comedy performance.
