Colwood seeks ideas from residents on future of community

The City of Colwood is hosting the Creating Vibrant Neighbourhood Centres event on Thursday, Feb. 27.

The City of Colwood is hosting the Creating Vibrant Neighbourhood Centres event on Thursday, Feb. 27 to engage residents and stakeholders in the ongoing development of the city’s transportation master plan and economic development strategy.

The event, which runs from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Juan de Fuca Recreation Centre Fieldhouse, will include a talk from Todd Litman, the founder and executive director of the Victoria transport Policy Institute. Group discussions will follow.
