Most are by now aware that more than 4,000 people signed up to speak at the Joint Review Panel hearings for the proposed Enbridge Northern Gateway Pipeline project, but many may not realize that the Panel is accepting letters of comment from the public until March 13.
Letters can be submitted online. Thus far, the panel has received only 360 letters. I encourage all Canadians to express, on the record, their views and concerns about the project while they still can.
