Letter: ICBC should look at management cuts

There must be something wrong with the people managing ICBC’s money. One of the reasons that they are so much in debt is that they are spending money without hesitation, and skipping thorough investigation.

There must be something wrong with the people managing ICBC’s money. One of the reasons that they are so much in debt is that they are spending money without hesitation, and skipping thorough investigation.

Instead of having their own trustable ICBC inspectors, the company decides to pay whatever an independent contractor quotes. Having trustable inspectors would save millions of dollars.

The people and their legal defense would stop cheating the system. Another reason could be wages paid to certain management. A simple answer to this? Maybe eliminate some high paying management positions. At the same time, employ those who show enthusiasm towards their jobs.

The people who are not only concerned about their good wages, perks, and bonuses.

A good idea would be get rid of those working four hours (or less) in an eight hour shift. That’s a lot of money to be saved.
